Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Giant Power Wash LLC website, communications, and services. By visiting giantpowerwash.com, requesting an estimate, scheduling service, communicating with us, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

About Our Services
Giant Power Wash LLC provides exterior cleaning and related property-cleaning services. Services may include house washing, pressure washing, soft washing, driveway and concrete cleaning, roof cleaning, and other exterior cleaning services agreed upon with the customer.
The specific scope, price, and scheduling of each service will be provided through an estimate, proposal, invoice, written communication, or other agreement between Giant Power Wash LLC and the customer.
Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared. Pricing may be affected by factors including:
- Property size and condition
- Type and amount of staining or buildup
- Accessibility of the work area
- Water availability
- Safety considerations
- Additional services requested
- Conditions discovered after work begins
If the scope of work changes or additional conditions are discovered, Giant Power Wash LLC may provide revised pricing before completing additional work.
Unless otherwise stated, estimates do not guarantee that every stain, discoloration, oxidation mark, organic growth mark, or permanent surface defect will be completely removed.
Scheduling and Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property and all areas included in the agreed scope of work.
Before service begins, customers should:
- Ensure that exterior water sources are accessible and functioning
- Close windows and doors
- Remove or secure fragile outdoor items
- Move vehicles away from the work area when requested
- Keep children and pets away from the work area
- Inform us of known leaks, damaged surfaces, electrical hazards, or other property concerns
- Provide access to gates, fenced areas, and other service locations
Delays caused by unavailable access, unsafe conditions, weather, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may require service to be rescheduled.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to provide accurate information regarding the property and requested services.
The customer should notify Giant Power Wash LLC before work begins of any known:
- Loose, damaged, or deteriorated siding
- Peeling or failing paint
- Leaking windows or doors
- Damaged screens or seals
- Loose roofing materials
- Electrical hazards
- Water intrusion problems
- Fragile landscaping or outdoor property
- Previously repaired or structurally weakened surfaces
Giant Power Wash LLC is not responsible for damage caused by preexisting defects, deterioration, improper installation, hidden damage, or conditions that were not reasonably visible before service began.
Surface Conditions and Cleaning Results
Exterior cleaning results vary depending on the age, condition, material, maintenance history, and prior treatment of the surface.
Some stains or conditions may not be fully removable, including:
- Oxidation
- Rust
- Efflorescence
- Oil stains
- Paint failure
- Permanent discoloration
- Organic staining that has penetrated a surface
- Damage caused by age, moisture, or improper installation
Cleaning may reveal preexisting discoloration, damage, fading, repairs, or inconsistencies that were previously hidden by dirt or organic buildup.
Giant Power Wash LLC does not guarantee complete restoration of every surface unless a specific written guarantee is included in the service agreement.
Weather and Service Delays
Exterior cleaning services may be delayed, interrupted, or rescheduled because of rain, lightning, high winds, freezing conditions, excessive heat, water restrictions, unsafe working conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of scheduling changes.
Payment
Payment terms will be provided in the estimate, invoice, proposal, or other service agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the service.
The customer agrees to pay all authorized charges associated with the requested work. Past-due balances may be subject to reasonable collection costs or other remedies permitted by law.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should provide reasonable notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
Giant Power Wash LLC reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or refuse service when:
- Conditions are unsafe
- The property is inaccessible
- The requested work is outside our service capabilities
- The customer has provided inaccurate or incomplete information
- Payment arrangements cannot be agreed upon
- Weather or other circumstances prevent safe completion of the work
